From today we all need to start living a new normality, in which we are allowed to go out, visit shops and do our non-essential shopping. That means the health authorities are confident enough that Covid-19 is under control in our country. HOWEVER, we all need to take the necessary precautions in order to contain the spread of the virus. At all our Darmanin Group outlets we will be taking the following precautionary measures in order to safeguard the well-being of both our staff and that of our customers. We are making it a point to go OVER AND ABOVE what health authorities suggested because OUR SAFETY AND YOUR SAFETY MATTERS!
As from Monday 4th May, kindly note that for the safety of our customers and employees, every person that enters any of our shops will need to abide by the following health and safety regulations … WITH NO EXCEPTION:
Sanitisers are available at the entrance and must be used before entering the premises.
All customers and staff are to wear a mask at all times. We have surgical masks available for sale at the price of 95 cents should you need one.
Social distancing measures of 2 metres must always be respected , even when served by one of our sales assistants. Our in-store radios will be constantly reminding you to keep a safe distance of 2 metres or more.
Changing rooms are available for use at this time and clothes cannot be tried on bare skin. Underwear will not be exchanged. Footwear can be tried ONLY with plastic covers we will provide you with free of charge. These will be disposed of after each use. All items that are tried on, but not purchased are being put under quarantine for 72 hours.
Do not come inside if you are feeling sick. We reserve the right to refuse entry to customers showing COVID-19 symptoms.
All returned items will be ‘quarantined’ for at least 72 hours before being put back for sale.
The maximum amount of people (excluding staff) allowed in each outlet will be displayed at the entrance of each shop.
